the staff was super pleasant. they offered many suggestions to do around the area and gave great directions on how to get around. the snack bar had many delicious options right onsite. it felt more like staying at someone's house than just a hotel.

the mini fridge in my room did not work well so my drinks were not very cold. the female bartender cautioned me for having my snack on the patio as i did not purchase it from the hotel. the hotel had a very limited selection.

The room was always kept clean. I found the receptionist super helpful with directions. The view from the pool was amazing. It was a great experience.

The bus stop was located a short walk away from the hotel, along a busy road, I found that a bit dangerous.

Breakfast offered a reasonable range with many continental choices. The coffee was especially good, and I really appreciate that they use fresh ingredients, not pre-packaged foods. I found breakfast to be a great value.

The swimming pool area was excellent, I use it every afternoon. The veranda was also very pleasant to seat on. The hotel pool bar has cocktails prepared with fresh fruit that are delicious. I enjoyed it very much.

The staff was always polite and willing to help with information about the city. The hotel facilities were quite good, the swimming pool was excellent. The hotel has an arrangement with a local restaurant that will pick up and return guests who wish to dine there it is heartily recommended.

the room I stayed in was a Single Room and it smelled damp. i put some clothes in a drawer and they stunk of damp too. location also SUCKED as a taxi to town was expensive each way EVERY night.

the staff arranged reservations with no issues. they provided good recommendations, which helped with my plans. the hotel offers a bus ride from the train station and it only took 15 minutes. two beaches are nearby, one has roman ruins, so that's a plus.

the staff was very professional and friendly to all guests. monica and tina at the reception desk provided great service. the staff helped arrange reservations and give recommendations for local spots, helpful.

The location allows for quiet away from the town center. a bus to downtown runs nearby. This makes access simple. the bus only takes a few minutes and runs regularly.
